What do you like best about Terminal?

The responsiveness of the team and the quality of candidates stood out. Communication via Slack was seamless, scheduling was easy, and the first batch of candidates was highly aligned with our needs. We ended up hiring the very first candidate we interviewed, which speaks to the strength of their screening process.

We also had a good experience with their Talent Hub platform. It’s reliable and organized. I found the interview clips useful, and it’s good to know Terminal continues to improve it. What do you dislike about Terminal?

Some early candidate profiles leaned more on listing technologies they used and were familiar with rather than articulating project scope, impact and outcomes. Terminal helps us efficiently source and hire high quality engineering talent without spending excessive time on recruiting, screening, and coordination. It significantly reduced our time to hire and improved the overall quality of candidates we reviewed.
