What do you like best about Terillium?

I love how they are willing to share their knowledge freely as "part of the package." In billing, they are always fair, flexible, and reasonable. They are more responsive than other consultants we have tried in the past. They work hard to ensure we are happy with the solution, or (sometimes) that we understand the system constraints as thoroughly as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Terillium?

Recommendations to others considering Terillium:

Just communicate! They're so easy to reach and understanding. If you have the time, ask them to help you understand each solution fully so that you learn how to prevent similar problems from cropping up in the future. What problems is Terillium solving and how is that benefiting you?

For at least 5 years now, Terillium has helped us resolve some thorny issues in our NetSuite ERP system. Problems with product costing and the GL postings from production and shipment, through various reporting details, and into customized reporting from the supply planning workbench dataset. They have helped us install custom screens, scripts, and learn about workflows. They are currently helping with a large advanced PDF project we are working to customize our production traveler packets. They are always patient in teaching anything we'd like to learn, and I have personally learned so much from their expert team. The big benefit is that we are happy with our ERP system, due in large part to their tireless assistance to understand it more fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
