I love Tenzo AI's sourcing capabilities. We have over 300,000 candidates in our ATS, but sourcing in our ATS is clunky. Tenzo provides a streamlined and user-friendly process for sourcing our candidates. I like that it reviews words that could be similar; for example, when sourcing on Indeed, a misspelled resume still shows up thanks to Tenzo's ability to recognize likely misspellings. It also reviews similar words and gives a fairly accurate quality score. I also find it very impressive that Tenzo can call 40-50 candidates within an hour, which used to take a full day for my recruiter. The initial setup of Tenzo AI for our team was very easy. Overall, Tenzo is by far the best AI tool we've used, especially since it includes AI calling, which other tools didn't offer. Sometimes there are technical glitches. Most of the time, they resolve on their own fairly quickly. But sometimes we will need to reach out for support. For example, we've seen some applies take a day or two to be called, when our expectation is they are called immediately.
