"A real system for bids, not just another AI tool"

5/5

What do you like best about Tendl?

What I like most is the control it gives you. Instead of tendering being a messy scramble across inboxes and folders, everything lives in one place with clear owners, stages, and reuse of approved content. It saves a heap of time, but more importantly it makes the whole process feel predictable and repeatable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tendl?

It takes a little time to get everything set up the right way (library, evidence, workflows), but once it’s in place it runs much smoother.

It works best when the team commits to using it consistently, so there’s a short “habit change” period at the start.

Some of the newer, more advanced features feel like they’re still evolving, but you can see the direction and updates coming through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tendl solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tendl fixes the chaos that usually comes with tendering: scattered info, rushed go/no-go decisions, outdated evidence, and endless review loops. It pulls everything into one workflow, helps you qualify faster, and makes drafting more consistent by reusing approved content.

The benefit for me is simple: we spend less time on admin and rework, deadlines feel less stressful, and we’re more confident we’re submitting higher-quality bids while protecting the team’s time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
