What I like most is the control it gives you. Instead of tendering being a messy scramble across inboxes and folders, everything lives in one place with clear owners, stages, and reuse of approved content. It takes a little time to get everything set up the right way (library, evidence, workflows), but once it’s in place it runs much smoother.

It works best when the team commits to using it consistently, so there’s a short “habit change” period at the start.
