What do you like best about TenantCloud?
Easy to use- this is my first landlord software. Easy to self teach, but customer service available if you can't figure it out.
Easy to edit tenants, billing, etc- I have a lot of month to month tenants. Easy to change their lease info, payments,
Good customer service- usually in a few hours- but always helpful and give you step by step instructions on how to get to desired location or how to make required changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about TenantCloud?
ACH fees for customers- they complain about this. Most places will only charge for debit/credit card usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
