Tenable One brings vulnerability management, web applications, cloud infrastructure, operational technology (OT), and identity systems (Tenable.ad) together in a single console, along with External Attack Surface Management (EASM). It also lets us manage licenses based on our requirements, which makes it easier to align what we use with what we actually need.
We have been using the Tenable.sc Plus product for the past 9 years. The availability of plugins is better, and it covers almost all CVEs. They also provide plugins for compliance reporting based on various industry standards. It integrates with SIEM and patch management software, which helps us remediate vulnerabilities faster.
Our support experience has been good, and the account manager tracks support cases along with the customer. It now has an exposure management dashboard that helps us prioritize vulnerabilities using AI. The Tenable GUI is very user-friendly, and both scan speed and database speed are very fast. Complex setup, premium pricing, and fragmented management consoles. That said, the professional service team helped me the first time at no cost, which made the initial experience easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
