What do you like best about telli?

What I particularly like about telli is the enormous relief it provides for the team in everyday work. telli independently takes over necessary but often time-consuming and recurring tasks. This saves us a lot of time and creates space for our employees to focus on the topics where personal contact and human expertise are really crucial.

What problems is telli solving and how is that benefiting you?

telli particularly supports us in efficiently taking over time-consuming and recurring tasks in outbound and noticeably relieving our employees. Another great added value lies in quality analysis, through which we gain additional transparency and can continuously improve our processes.

Particularly valuable is telli also in case of personnel shortages. The AI helps us to absorb capacity fluctuations and ensure important tasks reliably without needing additional personnel resources.
