Telivy has provided us with a platform that unifies a large number of aspects with regards to risk management reporting. The ability to scan endpoints for vulnerability and sensitive data, reporting on insecurely stored passwords and password reuse (through browser stored password inspection), to reviewing credentials against known dark web breaches and reporting on the security of accounts in Microsoft 365 make it a powerful tool.

It is simple to deploy through a number of options, such as a powershell script (which we use through our RMM tool to mass deploy to client sites), as well as an MSI file that can either be scripted or distributed via other means.

When we've had issues, their support team has been quick to respond to tickets that we've logged with them. The resolution of the issues has been varied, with the major issue being the false positives that I mentioned with regards to the PII scanning tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have found that the PII scanning tool has thrown a lot of false positives. I aware that this is something that they are working on, but there is still work to be done. The report results for this side of the tool should be reviewed for accuracy. Occasionally we have machines that don't report vulnerability scan data. The vast majority of the time a rescan of the device (triggered simply with a "rescan" button) resolves this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
