They have excellent knowledge about 10DLC requirements and advocate for you in the process of getting campaigns approved. Our transition to Telgorithm from a previous provider was terrific and it made a difficult process in general much more manageable. Their smart queuing has been excellent and they have been very reliable in terms of up time. They listen well and have updated APIs based on requests we have made.
