TD is super easy to set up, light-weight, privacy focused, and the dashboard is super insightful and configurable. They add a bunch of useful charts automatically (you don't even need to log anything to get things like acquisition, retention, device and system version pie charts, etc), and you can add your own custom dashboards in seconds. I would never consider going to another analytics provider for mobile apps. Lisa and Daniel are always an email away, and solve any problems I have in a matter of days. For more advanced dashboards (performing averages or arithmetic), the custom TQL language is difficult to work with. It takes a while to figure out how it works. This is easier now with AI coding assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, etc), but they still sometimes hallucinate. It takes a few iterations of pasting the TQL, copying the error message, and sending that to the AI before it's working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
