I mainly use Teleleo to bring back old customers, and the autodialer has made reaching them much easier. I love that I can use my SIM remotely and stay on my regular number when I'm abroad without roaming fees. The combination of calls and SMS is great; the SMS campaigns support the calls and improve conversation, with features like SMS follow-up that automatically sends a message if someone doesn't pick up. This feature has led to more people calling back, and altogether, the integration of autodialer and SMS saves a lot of time and boosts conversion rates. I'm totally satisfied with this product.
