Telagus' native social media integration is fairly limited for our agency work. When running DTC social-driven ad campaigns, it cannot directly pull granular social engagement metrics. We have to export social data separately and manually cross-reference it against Telagus lead records, which adds extra work amid overlapping tight client campaign delivery timelines. I would like Telagus to pull native post-level engagement and ad-click metrics directly inside its dashboard. Right now for our DTC client social campaigns, we manually import likes, clicks, and conversion signals. Built-in social attribution would match social interactions to pipeline leads, removing tedious spreadsheet cross-checking when we compile monthly performance reports for our agency stakeholders. We pair Telagus with our main CRM and third-party social media management platform for both B2B and DTC agency clients. Sync gaps mean social-sourced leads do not always populate Telagus automatically. We manually input those prospect records, which adds extra busywork when we juggle multiple concurrent client campaign deliverables and tight reporting deadlines.
