What do you like best about Tekmetric?

I really like being able to easily provide pictures and videos of faults to our clients. the fact that I can grab my phone and have evidence of a failure in out customers hands in minutes really helps to maintain a good trust and rapport with clients, especially those that are weary of mechinaic to begin with. What do you dislike about Tekmetric?

My biggest frustrations with tekmetric are that the labor times occasionally differ significantly from any of our other labor guides, so we do find ourselves double checking them to prevent shorting out technicians time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?

Until we switched to Tekmetric, we were still using paper work orders. The switch has allowed us to streamline our work assignment, diagnostic,, and repair processes hugely. Everything from being able to scan VINs in, being able to easily assign, or unassign work between employees without loosing notes or attached images. Also the ability for our technicians to switch between devices, wether they're working on their laptop, phone, or tablet, they can add notes, edit, add images or videos from anywhere.
