"Tek Metric: Easy to Use, Seamless Integrations, and Game-Changing Reporting"

What do you like best about Tekmetric?

As an automotive shop owner ,I have tried several different shop management software options. Tek Metric offers a cleans easy to navigate interface. This particular aspect has made it easy for my technicians to switch over with only a small amount of training needed to get them up and running efficiently.

Tek Metric integrates seamlessly with many of the other products that our shop uses.

Tek Metric payments has been incredible and I have no regrets switching from my previous payment processor. The previous vendor I was calling almost every month with various issues. I have not once had to call Tek Metric regarding issues with payment processing.

The reports section of Tek Metric is a must have for any shop owner or manager. It allows me to break down the numbers and see where we need to improve and where we are excelling. Our shop also recently started using Tek Metric Marketing which allows us to send out text and email campaigns as well as followup with customers for reviews, to name a few. This has been a game changer.

One thing that I particularly appreciate, is Tek Metric's commitment to always improving their product. They take your suggestions seriously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tekmetric?

In the two years that our shop has been using Tekmetric I have had no complaints. Any issue that we have come across has generally been lack of knowledge on our part and Tekmetric has been quick to respond with tutorials or one on one training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tekmetric has taken the place of multiple programs for our shop. Previously we were using separate programs for scheduling, writing repair orders, and receiving payments, and keeping track of technician hours. All of these things are now combined in Tekmetric and has saved a large amount of hassle and money. Having everything in one place and working together makes running our shop much more productive.
