What do you like best about Tekgroup?

Managing Public relations has become so efficient with Tekgroup and my team and I are using it for a very long time and have found it amazingly feature-rich software and the best in its category. Its online newsroom and e-commerce facility is so helpful for our team. It is also an auction platform. Another feature that I liked the most is, it has enabled us to better communicate with our customers by providing us closed platforms like that of Facebook. What do you dislike about Tekgroup?

The only thing I feel is missing is " How to start" or "Starting guide" so one can easily operate it because when I first started it I found it tough and it took me some time to understand its working process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tekgroup solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping in view all the benefits it has provided to our business I really liked this software and I have found it as really excellent software to manage and enhance Public relations which is very important to maintain nowadays. Its business-consultation is also really good. And keeping in view the minds of people It has cellphone application too thus benefiting us in all possible ways it can.
