Teikametrics allows us to have all our different channel data in one place, its accurate and easy to consume, instead of managing different tools or spreadsheets for actionable insights. It was easy to set up, and data was accurate (which we find oddly is not common across tools). Teikametrics was one tool, and one source of truth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Teika does have a knolwedge base, and support. I wish their support was always active during business hours. I do dislike sometimes having to wait for a response back - but seems to be common practice amoung many service categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
