What do you like best about Tegsoft Contact Center?

With Tegsoft we can contact all our customers easily. Tegsoft customer support always helpful to us. Our customer support team using Tegsoft Contact Center. Tegsoft is very easy to use for our employees. Also Tegsoft integration is very effective, we integrated with Whatsapp and we reach our customers via Whatsapp. In short Tegsoft has ease of implementation. Our company using Tegsoft daily. What do you dislike about Tegsoft Contact Center?

1) Sometimes web interface very slow, we need to restart webservice.

What problems is Tegsoft Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) With Tegsoft Contact Center we can communicate with our customers.

2) With Tegsoft our employees chatting with each other and they can ask questions to team leader.
