what I like best is it is a single point of contact for all customer issues and helps ease communication mismatch between companies and customers. also, I like the cutting-edge real-time analytics functionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Tegsoft Contact Center?
The thing I dislike is currently it is only offered on the IBM cloud and it needs to be integrated with all major cloud providers for better availability of its service and features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
