What problems is Tech9 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We knew we couldn't build a full dev team of our own but we were concerned about outsourcing, especially overseas. Luckily, their approach was worked. We got the software we needed and didn't sacrifice quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
