What do you like best about Tech Launch?

They got bids from AT&T and T-Mobile and they made recommendations based on what was truly best for us. They didn’t try to steer us anywhere except where we'd save the most. They also helped with the porting and stayed on top of it to make sure our service didn't get interrupted. And of course, their service was risk-free. There was no fee or retainer, they only got paid a percentage of the savings they got for us, so it was an easy decision to let them look. And they knew exactly what to look for and explained to us how we could get the most savings. We didn’t really have to do anything and we saved 50%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tech Launch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Verizon contract was signed a while ago by a former team member. We never really looked into whether another carrier could do better for us. Tech Launch looked at our bill and usage and brought AT&T and T-Mobile to the table. T-Mobile ended up being a much better fit for us. We moved over and cut our cell phone bill in half.
