What do you like best about Tech Launch?

Most of all, was that Tech Launch's services were essentially risk-free. They didn't ask for an upfront fee or retainer and their compensation was a percentage of the savings they got us. Tech Launch recently audited our bill and found a number of things that we had no clue were affecting our price so much. One of which was lines we forgot we assigned to employees who are no longer with the company. They renegotiated our rates with Verizon and we needed up saving 29% without having to switch carriers or do anything. What do you dislike about Tech Launch?

Honestly, my only regret is not find them sooner. We'd been overpaying for a while before we decided to look into a solution. The one task on our side was pulling the last 3 months bills and the contract for the audit, but they made that easy and reminded me exactly where to pull that info.
