What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)?

The review feature has worked great for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)?

The billing is terrible. I've spent hours trying to settle my account on a problem your billing department created.

Their posts on Facebook are stock, and we haven't had much success through any of the Facebook work yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop) solving and how is that benefiting you?
