What do you like best about Teamworks?

We used Teamworks within our individual team for one year prior to the app being integrated into our entire department. On top of being able to send messages, look at individual calendars for scheduling, and uploading files, we developed a daily screener for COVID that is distributed to all student athletes and staff. Certain individuals get the notifications if someone submits a flagged response. It has become very valuable in our day-to-day operations during COVID. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamworks?

When sending a group message, I wish there was a "like" option to know who reads and responds to each message. Also, it would be great to have access to delete old forms that were previously not completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Teamworks:

If you have a large group of people that need to all be on the same page and are all tech-savvy, this is a great app to use! It has been a huge help with our college-age population! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Teamworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

The daily COVID symptom questionnaire has been a huge contributor to our day-to-day operations. Our department gets notifications when a student or staff member has a flagged response.
