What do you like best about TeamViewer?

This platform has all features expected nowadays when working remotely, like chat, screen sharing, recording meetings, and most importantly. Being user-friendly, just in one click, all essential features will start. I can't doubt on security of this solution; we all know that Teamviewer has remote desktop access software.Teamviewer meetings also belongs from same family that is why no need to worry about reliablity and sceurity. Even availbity mobile application is also one of most important feature for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

I don't find any critical issues as such till now. However, it supports VOIP but needs to improve because I feel intermittent disconnection while using TeamViewer's mobile application not sure it was due to an internet bandwidth issue or the mobile application is buggy. Slight UI improvement is required for Android applications. Hence I dislike only these two features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Of course, video/audio call is crystal clear, which gives me HD feelings. Easy to use, start meeting, share file, start recording meetings, etc., just in one click. And most importantly, the mobile application of this solution gives me more feasibility with almost all features same as desktop.
