**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Faster connection. And no glitches found. Current version is easy to implement and use and they offering a lot of features. Team viewer is part of my work and I am using it daily to resolve huge number of issues.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

I faced an issue in Teamviewer account. I can't able to login for 1 week of time and after that tech support from teamviewer resolved that issue. I mean I didn't get a quicker response from them.

It saves my time by resolving all kind of software issues.

Your security in login control as a private password configuration, which is easy to manage

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

What do I need to add to each machine that has TeamViewer to provide technical support, since if I try without adding it, it gives me an error?

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not being able to access other machines to provide support until I add them, which is somewhat tedious, since due to my license I have to deactivate and activate remote access to the machines I need to access, instead of being able to enter their provided ID and password.

I love the fact that you can remotely access staff laptops from anywhere in the world to help troubleshoot any issues.

I feel like we need to be able to have 1 single ID at all times and just not share it with anyone. instead of different IDs everytime one wants to connect.

Its solving hybrid office set ups for us, as we now moving into the future of working from home, applications like Teamviewer helps alot in terms of being able to help support staff members whenever they run into any issues.

TeamViewer enables me to get technical assistance in seconds. Just provide the ID and connect to my system to fix configuration issues, errors, or questions. It's quite helpful when something goes wrong and I don't have to explain everything step-by-step.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Sometimes, if the internet is unstable, the connection may be slow. It would also be beneficial to have a clearer way to know who to connect with and how.

I use it when I'm having issues with the data entry system or with blocked archives. The support team accesses my panel, resolves the issue, and I can continue working without losing time.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

For me, the best part of TeamViewer is that my sessions work well even when the network is poor. It is great for those in remote places because they don’t have to worry about regularly losing their connection. It helps the session stay smooth and uninterrupted when it lasts a longer period. If the person on the other end gets confused or clicks something wrong, it’s simple to start guiding them.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

What bothers me is that the game gets very slow whenever we turn on high quality graphics. While checking design work, we may have to see it on the designer’s computer, and the compressed copy makes it more difficult to judge the colors and sharpness. Because we had to repeat some actions or request screenshots after the session, it took more time than we planned.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With TeamViewer, we are able to help people who have difficulties using technology. We should take over and do the tasks ourselves instead of leading them through step by step. It prevents errors and saves time since fixing them later would be even more time-consuming. It has made it much easier to address basic requests, especially for those who are still getting used to the company’s systems.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Teamviewer allows us to quickly and securely connect to another device and take control. We can provide quick remote support to our clients and users. It is very easy to set up and is available for all devices and I can quickly enter my partner's ID and get access to their devices. One of my favorite features is to handle multiple support session requests at once and it is easy to switch.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The only issue I encounter is the connectivity issue as everything depends on our network strength and end-user network strength. if there is a connectivity issue on any end, it makes the session very slow and it starts lagging.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to provide remote assistance to our clients and customers quickly and efficiently with TeamViewer. We don't need to be physically present to experience the issue that client is facing. We can simply get access to their devices and experience the issue on our end and quickly resolve the issues. I find it highly secure and reliable and it gives a trust that the connections are secure.

What I like best about TeamViewer is how simple and reliable it is for remote access. Even if I’m not very technical, I can easily connect to another computer and help someone out, whether they are sitting in the next room or in another country.

Sometimes the connection can be slow depending on the internet, and the paid version is a bit expensive for small users.

TeamViewer helps me solve the problem of distance. I can access computers remotely and support colleagues without being physically present. This saves time, reduces travel, and makes work much more flexible.

The original (legacy) interface worked just fine. I've adapted to the new interface but cannot find meanigfull benefits it provides from the legacy product.

For me, the best thing is the quick and reliable remote access experience. TeamViewer is a day to day tool to get our spread out team on via device and it always works reliable. All I need is a few moments to connect to another person’s desktop, wherever they may be. It also integrates well with our ticketing system, hence making the process of recording of support incidents easier and faster. The intuitive design allows non-technical coworker to control rudimentary remote sessions by themselves.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

For small teams, it could be very expensive, and it gets pesky when you’re marked for ‘commercial use’ on personal profiles. And when the network is unstable, a series of troubleshooting can get slowed down by a series of lags. While latency is not their greatest worry, it can mess with your productivity especially during emergencies.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now, we can attend to IT needs at a distance, fixing the problem of need to be on site. Having numerous locations, we’ve moved all our IT services to off-site operations, drastically curtailed our need for travel and freed up time. This capacity of ours to address problems very quickly and reducing the disruptions on the relatively employees has improved a lot. Our non-technical workers benefit much as we can show them fixes as we work them out in real time. It has made our IT processes, much streamlined and less troublesome.

TeamViewer is the most feature-packed remote support solution on the market. It's also the fastest and more responsive solution of all I've tested and used in my 24 years professional life. It's very reliable and very intuitive too.

While TeamViewer is one of the best remote support solution, it's also the most expensive of all. In fact it's so expensive that it's barely not accessible to small businesses with limited budget. It's easy to use with just a few lines of commands and can be very useful for testing different operating systems. I love its level of security, and I like that it uses a powerful data transfer protocol. It's an incredible tool for easy connectivity.

It's an excellent tool at a very affordable price. Overall, I haven't had a bad experience with the service. So far, I haven't found anything I don't like about this tool.

Simply downloading this tool has provided me with significant benefits. It has allowed me to remotely control PC screen with ease. It helps us share our computer screen with our counterparts, allowing us to remotely connect to any computer without any hassle.

I connected a few times during the whole subscription term and then did not need it. Well, I did connect but that is the only thing I expect from Teamviewer, right?

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Charged for a subscription I didn’t intend to renew — I requested a refund the very next day, without having used the service. Their response? Robotic references to the EULA and refusal to show any flexibility.

This is deliberate, profit-driven neglect of customers, and I'm not alone — many reviews echo the same experience.
TeamViewer used to be a trusted name. Now it's just another predatory company hiding behind fine print.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamviewer is not currently solving anything  -because I don't use it- despite they extended my subscription without my consent and took my money.
