Honestly, the best part for me is how fast and smooth the remote connection is. I work as a remote tutor and there are times when my session crashes or I can't connect properly to a student call. Our IT support team uses TeamViewer to remotely access my laptop and sort things out - and it usually connects within a minute or less. Once they're in, they can take full control, run diagnostics, restart apps, tweak settings- everything they'd do if they were physically sitting next to me. What I also appreciate is that I can watch everything they do on my screen in real time, so I actually get to understand what went wrong. The performance during these remote sessions is solid, no major lag, no freezing, which matters a lot when you need a quick fix before a student is waiting. The interface is clean enough that even someone like me who's not deeply technical can understand what's happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A couple of things bother me a little. First, there are times when the connection takes longer than expected to establish, especially if the network is a bit unstable which can be frustrating when you're already in the middle of a problem and just want it fixed quickly. Also, every time the IT team needs to connect, I have to share the session ID and password with them separately, it's a minor thing but it adds a step each time. I've also noticed that TeamViewer can be a bit heavy on system resources while the remote session is running, the laptop slows down noticeably sometimes, which is not ideal when you're already dealing with a technical issue. And occasionally the connection just drops mid-session for no clear reason, which means IT has to reconnect and start over. Nothing deal-breaking, but these are small friction points that add up over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
