What do you like best about Teamtailor?

I love the overall experience with Teamtailor. The user experience is excellent: it’s intuitive, visual, easy to navigate, and makes the recruitment process feel very smooth. I especially like everything related to the Recruiter experience — managing candidates, collaborating with the team, automations, integrations, and having everything centralized in one place. What do you dislike about Teamtailor?

I think there is still room for improvement in terms of customization and integrations. I would especially like more flexibility when creating and customizing reports, a deeper integration with Gmail and Google Chat, and more options to customize how candidates are shared with others. It would also be great to have more control over email notifications, especially the ability to customize their content and HTML. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Teamtailor solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teamtailor makes candidate management much easier and more intuitive for our recruiters, mainly thanks to its design and user experience. It has also helped us automate key parts of our recruitment process, such as pre- and post-stage surveys, and makes it much easier for technical interviewers to provide structured feedback directly within the process.
