I like the templates and naming conventions in Teams Manager for Microsoft Teams because they help new teams start with the right structure and keep the team list clean and searchable. I also appreciate the approval workflow, where requests get approved and teams are automatically provisioned from templates, applying standards without manual work. Reporting covers the basics well but I'd like more flexibility in building my own views and exports, like combining team metadata with activity data for a management report.
