## About TeamPassword
TeamPassword is the most efficient way to manage multiple logins for any business that needs to save time and keep projects moving. It’s a cloud-based platform that helps you manage and share access to the apps, services, and tools your team needs. We make it easy to organize access to individual logins, as well as a collection of logins - perfect for Client Teams and Departments. We make on-boarding new employees and clients, and off-boarding easy. With just 2 steps, TeamPassword saves our clients 120 minutes on average when it comes to on-boarding new staff and clients. Off-boarding takes just a single step. We’ve made it seamless to use TeamPassword with a Google Sign In feature and Browser Extensions that offer one click access to logins without interrupting daily workflow. TeamPassword helps you immediately add more security to your process. The best way to keep secure across multiple tools is to have randomized, unique, complex password for each tool. TeamPassword allows your team to generate strong passwords for each tool with a built in password generator, and does the work to remember the passwords for you, so there’s no extra work in having a different password for each tool. The Admin Dashboard gives you oversight of login access for each Team Member.

  ### 5. Great Tool for Company Passwords

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachelle J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

I love that ALL business account information (company utilities, vendors, software, etc.) are in one spot. Rather than keeping an excel spreadsheet, i love how TeamsPassword is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Two Things:

1. The only thing I dislike is how there is no way to "show password" all the time. In TeamsID, there was a checkbox where you could mark to "always" show the password. It would be helpful to have this option in TeamPassword.

2. We are small business and myself along with the owner are the only ones who use the TeamPassword. When paying, thre was no option to choose just 2 users. It would be nice to choose any amount of users 1-100+.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not had any problems in the new TeamPassword program.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hi Rachelle, I'm happy to hear that, overall, you're happy with TeamPassword. I'll make a note of the "show password" preference. It's something we'll discuss internally. Regarding a two-user option, that is something we've talked about but ultimately felt that as a password manager for teams specifically, a three-user minimum was appropriate. I can see a case for lowering that to two users though.

  ### 6. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

I love that Team Password is simple, compared to many of the other password protecting solutions out there.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

It does make me login more times than I would like.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of passwords and other important data for the sites I frequent.

  ### 7. Reliable and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara A. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

It's a great tool for our team to keep passwords safe wether these are shared or Private. I use TeamPassword everyday and I never experienced any outage and the service is always available, this is crucial to our Team and helps us work more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

An enhancement I would be interested in using is to be an option to save multiple usernames and passwords in the same record (for example have the option to name specific fields to add to a record).

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficient password sharing across the Team

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hey Sara! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We really appreciate it. I'm happy to hear that you've never experienced an outage. Our development team works hard to ensure everything runs smoothly, and any scheduled maintenance is intentionally done during our slowest hours. We've also recently changed storage providers to increase our speed and reliability further. I appreciate that multiple username/password suggestion. It's one I've seen requested more frequently. Would you mind sending me a use case for it to tony@teampassword.com? I'd love to know more about how this would benefit you.

  ### 8. TeamPassword is good but there are still a lot of things to improve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

It helps the team's password secure in one place. Anyone within the team who has access can add or update the logins which is convenient, you don't have to go to the admin to help you update or add some logins

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

TeamPass is less convenient when using specific apps or sites saved in it. There should be an option where, when you click the site or URL, you are automatically logged in using the saved username and password, rather than having to copy and paste it manually.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No need to write down your passwords on sticky notes; you can just go to TeamPassword without worrying that you've forgotten your passwords for some sites

  ### 9. TeamPassword Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Easy to use, layout looks great. It was easy to switch from TeamsID to TeamPassword. I've had to call customer support once and they were wonderful and helpful. I use this very often.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

I don't see a way to only share a password with just one person. From what I see you have to share it with a group of people. If that can be added, that would be wonderful.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping up with passwords.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> I'm glad that we were able to assist you with your support question! We pride ourselves on having a responsive support team. We will consider the option to share a password with just one person. Thank you for the feedback!

  ### 10. Intuitive password manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chadwick M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Team Password has an attractive and intuitive user interface that makes it incredibly easy to use. The ability to create groups and share credenitals with team memebrs makes managing organizational and service accounts effortless. The ability to cutomize the fields associated with a set of credentials also adds a great deal of flexibility.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

I like everything so far. There is nothing I dislike.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have many service and organizational accounts that we need to keep track of securely. Team Password makes this not only feasible, but easy.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hey Chadwick! Thank you for leaving us a review. I'm happy to hear that you like the UI. We've kept it simple intentionally. We believe that the easier a platform is to use, the more likely people are to use it.
