I was new to an organisation (tech scale-up) as COO. I had used TMP for many years before and really loved it as a tool to understand my team. I was delighted to see that there is now a digital self-service version available (TeamOS). My direct reports were all brand new to this tool. As a team leader, I loved that it was super quick and easy for me to set up, do my own profile and invite my team in (20 min?) - and then it only took each of them 20 min or so to do their own profiles and learn about themselves. For our team day together it was a game changer. We talked through our profiles and what each of our preferences are, we learnt about how balanced (or not) we were as a team - it really helped us gel together. My team members had said that they really liked the interface, the clarity of messages and content (easy for them to understand how it works and their own profiles); it gave them great insights into both themselves and each other. As one of my team said "The questions were really straightforward, and the out felt targeted in a useful way... the team bit really helped - now I know what not to do to cause friction in our team".
