What do you like best about TeamMaven?

Team Maven is exceptionally user friendly and intuitive. Our employees were able to navigate and adopt the system with minimal training. The onboarding process was seamless thanks to JP’s attentive and responsive support. What do you dislike about TeamMaven?

What problems is TeamMaven solving and how is that benefiting you?

Team Maven solved our employee feedback and administrative bottleneck issues in three key ways:

Survey Engagement - The guaranteed anonymity drove a huge increase in survey participation rates.

Admin - Providing managers with direct visibility and agency during performance reviews relieved a massive administrative burden from the People team, allowing us to pivot toward higher value strategic work.
