"TeamMate Plus Simplifies Follow-Up Audits and Report Writing"

What do you like best about TeamMate?

I appreciate the TeamMate Analytics add-ins and TeamMate Plus. TeamMate Plus is what I like most, especially because it’s now simplifying our follow-up audits and report writing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamMate?

In our internal audit function, we do raise positive observations as positive findings. Based on what we’ve seen, these don’t need the “5 rules” we use when writing a negative finding such as a title, condition, criteria, risks, and a recommendation. So, as in teammate, you cannot write your positive findings without all of those elements into them. In my view, that level of structure isn’t necessary for a positive observation, and it can even confuse the auditee, since they may assume it’s actually a negative finding. What problems is TeamMate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, we used to do our follow-up audits manually. We had to capture all the findings and email them to the client so they could complete the implementation status. Sometimes we would end up doing those follow-ups much later, even after a year, as long as the audit was completed. Now, once you complete your audit and release the findings in Teammate, Teammate automatically follows up with the client by sending reminders. This saves time, reduces the effort we spend chasing updates, and makes the whole process more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
