I use TeamMate+ for internal audit, assurance, and advisory services. It automates our processes for documentation management, issue records, and issue tracking. I find it easy to use, and the dashboard is useful for checking the status of issues, recommendations, and management responses. I find issue management and tracking useful, and I value how TeamMate+ supports the work from planning through fieldwork. It is easy to navigate and manage documentation. I also find risk assessment useful for developing the annual plan, creating department-specific methodologies, and carrying out the plan based on the risk assessment. I appreciate that the internal audit work aligns with standards. TeamMate+ is cloud-based and updates automatically, so updates are easy, and it has more features than TeamMate AM. I think dashboard modification, color coding, and creating my own dashboards need improvement. I have to use Power BI to integrate the data and create my own dashboards, and I’d like TeamMate+ to have a tool for creating them independently without Power BI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
