TeamMate+ is very flexible and has a lot of features that can be used to support an Audit Department. It is not just workpaper storage. We use it for Time tracking and Issues Management and are gradually working on integrating TeamMate+ into our Risk Assessment process. Every application has drawbacks, TeamMate is no exception. For me, TeamMate's benefits outweigh its drawbacks. These include: user roles and groups can be very confusing and unfortunately to get access we need, we need to assign people multiple times to the same audit/project or Issue to get them the access they need. The text boxes for entering work do not work well when pasting directly from Word, but they are much, much better than a few years ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
