What do you dislike about TeamMate?
The Risk Assessment module remains significant investments/ development and requires a fundamental redesign. Despite some recent enhancements, it still lacks the flexibility and functionality needed to support a robust Internal Audit risk assessment process.
As risk assessment is the foundation for defining and prioritising the Audit Universe landscape, customers should have the freedom to configure the data fields and criteria that best support their methodology and practices. Current limitations on the number of available data points restrict TeamMate's ability to meet evolving audit and risk management needs.
Additionally, the strategy of placing key capabilities behind additional licence fees should be reconsidered. Critical functionality should be included within the core annual licence rather than requiring separate purchases. This approach negatively impacts customer value and adoption.
A prime example is Business Engine Rules, a feature that could significantly enhance automation and enable smarter controls, yet its additional licensing requirement undermines its practical value and limits the full potential of the TeamMate platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
