What do you like best about Teamleader?

I like Teamleader's seamless blend of CRM and project-task functionality, which is perfect for our small event-production team without dedicated IT staff. The ability to pull up a client’s contact history, open quotes, and crew task timelines all within one screen is a huge plus, as it eliminates constant app-switching during our hectic pre-event preparations. We can assign freelance vendor tasks directly within client records, which keeps things centralized. What do you dislike about Teamleader?

Teamleader lacks specialized event-production fields and custom timeline formatting, creating friction for our hybrid brand activations. When building run-of-show schedules for pop-up events, we cannot map minute-by-minute on-site timelines natively. We have to export tasks and rebuild full event schedules in external documents. Its vendor management also stays basic; we cannot log freelance crew rate tiers clearly. Since we have no dedicated IT staff, building custom workarounds is not feasible, adding extra manual work before every live event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Teamleader solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teamleader centralizes client contact records, vendor tasks, and event planning, eliminating our old messy spreadsheets and the need for separate files.
