What do you like best about Teamleader?

The interface is easy to get used to, and its task planning features work really well for our cross-team work. We can lay out every step of production plans and quality audits visibly. Having all documents stored in one place also lets our quality team quickly pull files during ISO 9001 inspections, making our daily lean production and supply chain work much smoother. What do you dislike about Teamleader?

The reporting module doesn’t have ready-made templates for manufacturing KPIs or OEE analysis. It can’t sync directly with our shop-floor monitoring systems, so we have to input data manually. What’s more, the custom fields aren’t flexible enough to record our detailed ISO 9001 audit notes and quality logs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Teamleader solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, project documents, task progress and audit records were scattered everywhere. Now everything is consolidated on this platform. We no longer run around to confirm work progress, team communication becomes more efficient, and we can keep standardized records to fully meet ISO 9001 compliance requirements.
