What do you like best about Teamflect?

We chose Teamflect mainly for the security side. Audit logs stream into Sentinel, so our SOC can monitor it like any other app, and we’ve set up an alert for admin impersonation. We’re also making use of the data deletion and data retention policies, which are super critical for GDPR purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamflect?

Mapping the events to our rules took some back-and-forth, and it required a bit of iteration. More detailed documentation on the log format would have made the process easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Teamflect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed solid performance and people processes inside Microsoft Teams, but we didn’t want security to become a black box. Relying on spreadsheet-based reviews and assorted side tools left us with weak audit trails, unclear admin actions, and messy retention when it came to GDPR. Teamflect gives us a controlled place to handle that HR work, and its audit logs flow into Sentinel so the SOC can monitor it like any other enterprise app, including alerts for admin impersonation. Retention and deletion policies also let us apply consistent data rules, rather than hoping someone remembers to clean up files manually. Overall, we can run reviews and related workflows in the Microsoft environment with the visibility our security and compliance teams actually accept. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
