What do you like best about Teamflect?

I love Teamflect's HRIS integration capabilities. It synced with our Workday HCM platform right out of the box, pulling our global organizational charts, reporting structures, and user attributes automatically. The analytics dashboard is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamflect?

When deploying large-scale review cycles, navigating through the multi-step structural settings can feel a bit meticulous during the initial backend configuration phase. Having a more visual, drag-and-drop workflow builder to map out multi-manager approval paths would make the initial cycle setup slightly more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Teamflect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing annual performance reviews across multiple international branches used to be an administrative nightmare that involved chasing hundreds of corporate managers over email. Teamflect completely eliminated that friction by embedding our entire evaluation framework directly inside our existing Microsoft 365 workspace. Our employees now complete their self-assessments in teams, which has drastically accelerated our review completion rates and allowed our HR department to focus on talent development rather than manual compliance tracking.
