I like how TeamBoard for Monday.com allows all team members to see the exact status of a project, where we are at, and what documents have been submitted. That it shows what items are outstanding and actionable for those team memebrs involved, and how far the process has gone along. I also like that once a project reaches a certain stage, it can trigger things to be sent out, like emails or tasks, working on a flowchart basis where certain actions happen at specific points. Items can be prioritised, start & end dates. You can look at a timeline & see what items have been completed , those in progress, not started, pending etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was a bit clunky in part, some functions didn't work as well. When setting up users and their access at certain stages, it wasn't always clear or defined. We had to give them whole access because it wasn't possible to tailor the access as needed, which made it hard because they didn't need access to the whole process.
