## Team O'clock Reviews
 ### 1. Lightweight Agile Tool That Just Works – Especially with Slack

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maulik C. | Senior Flutter Developer , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Team O'clock?**

Team O’clock is a simple yet powerful tool that helps keep our agile ceremonies on track. One of my favorite features is the Team O’clock bot on Slack, which seamlessly handles our daily standups. As a developer, I love how it prompts us for updates and compiles everyone's responses—no need for extra meetings or chasing updates. It keeps our dev team aligned without disrupting our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Team O'clock?**

Minor improvements could be made around customizing templates for different ceremonies. Also, while the Slack integration is great, it would be nice to have richer formatting or support for linking tasks directly from our project management tools (we use liner).

**What problems is Team O'clock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved the issue of missed or unstructured daily updates. With the Slack bot, everyone gets a gentle nudge to share what they're working on, which improves visibility and accountability across the team. It saves us time while keeping our sprint goals in focus.

Encourages pointless and inefficient processes like Planning Poker, Story Pointing, and really horrid suggestions that take time away from creating accurate projections and communicating with the team.

It's actually creating problems. It wastes the engineers and the product owner's time.
