I like that Tealium automatically detects the same user across multiple sessions and appends their activity to the same ID. It's great to get insights into customer behavior without having to ask individuals, as this way we can directly connect data for visual analysis and it works really well. The audience and data mapping setup with Tealium can get a bit complicated. Finalizing it requires some trial and error, which can be a bit frustrating. It would be helpful to add more visuals to the configured data flows to make this process smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
