What do you like best about Tealium?

Tealium makes it much easier to unify customer data across different channels and platforms in real time. The biggest strength is its flexibility in integrating with a wide range of tools and data sources, which helps build a more complete customer profile. I also appreciate the real-time data streaming and audience segmentation, which allow marketing and product teams to act quickly on insights. Once set up, it provides a strong foundation for personalization, analytics, and compliance, all within a single platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tealium?

What I dislike about Tealium Customer Data Hub: While Tealium offers powerful capabilities for managing customer data, the platform can feel complex and overwhelming at first—especially for teams without deep technical expertise. The user interface isn’t always intuitive, which makes navigation and setup time-consuming. Additionally, reporting and analytics could be more flexible, as some insights require manual workarounds or exporting data into other tools. Finally, support and documentation, while helpful, sometimes lack the depth needed for advanced use cases, which can slow down troubleshooting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tealium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tealium Customer Data Hub is helping us unify customer data from multiple systems into a single source of truth, which eliminates data silos and improves accuracy.
