What do you like best about TDXEnterprise?

TDX allows me and my co-workers to create tickets, tag needed users, and update the process without issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TDXEnterprise?

TDX seems sluggish sometimes, especially when submitting a ticket Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TDXEnterprise:

I have plenty of great experiences with TDX, most notably with the ticket creation system itself. I was not hired into my company until after TDX was implemented, so I am not so sure on how the ease of setup was. Along with this, it allows us to easily communicate with users on their issues, and helps us resolve issues in a much more hasty manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TDXEnterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work at a University and support all the classrooms on campus, and TDX allows users, such as professors, to submit tickets without problem and allows us to update them quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
