I love their support team. They are always knowledgeable about their product. Always there to help us when we need it and very friendly. TCN's statistics are easy to get to and their Analytics Dashboard is one of a kind and customizable. We have been able to create our own in-house DR solution using TCN's inbound customizable templates with our Uniphore IVA.
