"TaxJar Makes Sales Tax Filing Faster, Easier, and Far Less Stressful"

What do you like best about TaxJar?

TaxJar saves me a ton of time every month. It pulls transactions from all the different platforms we sell on and brings everything together in one place. Instead of manually figuring out how much we sold in each city, county, and tax jurisdiction, TaxJar breaks it all down and gives me the exact information and codes I need to file.

What do you dislike about TaxJar?

The recent price increase has made TaxJar harder to justify than it used to be, especially for a small business.

I also wish there were more details when a transaction shows up as tax-free. Sometimes it isn’t clear why tax wasn’t collected, so I have to manually find the original transaction on the sales platform to figure out the reason. Having that information directly in TaxJar would save time and make reviewing the monthly reports easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TaxJar solving and how is that benefiting you?

TaxJar takes the headache out of tracking and filing sales tax across multiple sales platforms. We sell through several different channels, and TaxJar pulls those transactions together and breaks down what we owe by state, county, city, and tax jurisdiction.

The biggest benefit is time. Instead of manually sorting through sales and figuring out the correct tax rates and codes each month, I have the information I need in one place.
