The ease of use, the logical way they explain the various options, and how easy it is to file and get sales tax filing reports—along with their price—are what I like most. I tried another service that is impossible to define, TAXCLOUD, and it was really difficult to get support, get answers, or even make sense of how they charge. And the biggest thing about TaxJar? I trust them. I started using them for myself when they were the new kids on the block. When started working with a client that needed to collect sales tax I put them on it.
