"Essential for Validating Sales Tax with SAP"

What do you like best about TaxJar?

I like that TaxJar helps us verify our sales tax setup instead of guessing. It provides us with address, jurisdiction, and tax rate information that we can compare against SAP. TaxJar is valuable because it helps us double-check our SAP tax setup by validating the ship-to address, confirming the correct city/county/state jurisdiction, and showing the tax rate breakdown. This allows us to identify incorrect tax codes, rate mismatches, missing rates, or addresses that require manual review. Although it’s not perfect every time, it has been very useful for our sales tax validation process, especially for checking addresses, jurisdictions, and rates against what we have in SAP. What do you dislike about TaxJar?

TaxJar works well overall, but it is not perfect every time. Sometimes we still need to manually review results when there is a missing rate, a rate mismatch, or an address that does not validate clearly. I think TaxJar could improve by making the results clearer when something needs manual review. The initial setup was not super easy because we were connecting TaxJar with our existing internal systems and validation data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TaxJar solving and how is that benefiting you?
