What do you like best about TaxDome?

TaxDome is constantly improving and mindful of its users! I love the organizer option and automations for my tax season. I never want to go through another tax season without the automations! I also love that they just added enhancements to save my draft chats automatically and that I can now mark a chat unread so I remember to go back to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TaxDome?

I do wish the organizer had better technology for the prior year info. It's a tough thing to manage when there are so many different circumstances for each client. And it doesn't help that clients don't read or follow instructions yet still blame others. So I don't know what the answer is to allow prior year info to carry into the next year and confirm that the client double checked it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you?

I do wish the support was more responsive. I also don't like that the support responsiveness is based on our tier since solo tax practices shouldn't have to sacrifice responsive support because they don't truly fit into a more expensive subscription tier. You support tax practices that are in a time crunch. When something is found that affects one client, very often it affects more clients. Yet we have to wait many hours to more than a day to get a response. That's not cool. I get it costs money to offer support, but there has to be a better solution.
