While there was definitely a learning curve, what I like most is that it keeps me organized and lets me see at a glance where each of my cases is in the workflow. Without it, I’d spend a lot more time just trying to get my head focused on the right thing. I also think I’d be more likely to miss tasks that need to be done if I didn’t have the software. The nomenclature was difficult to understand at first, and it took me quite a bit of time to figure out what each thing actually did. It could use some more integrations.
